Build
Installation and assembly support for aircraft systems and turbine engines, with controlled work instructions and complete as-built evidence.
Teresio Engineering
Independent freelance engineering for the build, supervision and maintenance of aircraft systems and turbine engines. Based in Hamburg, available for programmes across Germany and Europe.
Teresio Engineering takes responsibility for technical work that must hold under operational pressure and regulatory review. The scope is deliberate: aircraft systems and turbine engines. We build, supervise and maintain, with records that operators, quality managers and authorities can trust.
Installation and assembly support for aircraft systems and turbine engines, with controlled work instructions and complete as-built evidence.
Technical leadership of line, base and shop-visit work packages, from defect control through to return-to-service readiness.
Continuing technical care for engines and systems, including troubleshooting, overhaul support and airworthiness documentation.
Supervision and engineering support through hangar activity, shop visits and the documentation that closes each package correctly.
A clear scope kept narrow enough to stay accountable.
Engine shop visits, performance checks, finding disposition and technical close-out for return to service.
Installation, interface control and functional testing for hydraulics, electrics, fuel and powerplant connections.
Work packages, records and audit-ready documentation for German and EASA maintenance environments.
Scope, interfaces and acceptance criteria are fixed before work begins, so hangar activity and paperwork move together.
Tasks, findings and dispositions are tracked with the same discipline expected in Part 145 and CAMO environments.
Every engagement ends with records that support continuing airworthiness, operator handback and audit review.
Based in Hamburg and structured as a freelance practice. Work can be delivered on site with operators, Part 145 organisations, CAMOs and engine shops anywhere in Germany and across European programmes.
Request availabilityProcedures and deliverables are prepared for the German Aviation Act (Luftverkehrsgesetz), oversight by the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt, and the European requirements that govern maintenance and design organisations under EASA. Quality expectations follow DIN EN 9100 practice. Regulation is treated as the working structure, not as decoration.
Propulsion, aircraft systems, maintenance leadership and regulatory documentation form the centre of the practice.
Clear technical outputs, not open-ended advice.
Task cards, findings registers and disposition trails ready for quality review.
Installation records, functional checks and ground-run data packs where required.
Technical close-out material for CAMO, operator and audit follow-up.
Drafts and gap notes aligned with Part 145, Part 21 and LuftVG expectations.
